Exercising

Another favorite thing that sooth me and keeps me calm is Exercising. One of my hardest exercises was track and field when I run. Some people say OHH ALL YOU DO IS JUST RUN. But when you take track and field competitive or serious, then it is not just running you want to be the best. When you put all of your sweat and pain to it, so I am going to explain some good workout to get you stronger on your legs, more endurance and faster. The first workout is you go on a track field and you jog or walk the 100m. Then sprint the next 100m then jog or walk the 100m and then sprint the last 100m and take a break and do it again(two more time). The second workout is called chase the rabbit, so what you do is you need to get at least two people that wants to sprint with you. The first thing you do is one person sprint first, then when she/he is at a reachable distance the next person sprints and tries to beat him and the third does the same thing and the first person tries to keep the lead. You can do it anywhere track field, a hill and a park. This is why I love track and field because I love the sweat ,pain, muscle build up(tear)

what has been currently on been watching, what music I have been currently listening to and what I am thinking about can be a mystery. For what I am currently watching this week is How I Met Your Mother. How I Mother Your Mother is a funny show, it can be a little inappropriate. I have been watching that show because it relieves my stress. For what I have been listening is O'come O'come Emmanuel. The reason why I have been currently listening to that song because it is a CHRISTMAS song. The second reason is the singer has a beautiful voice. What I been thinking is science. I love science, so I need to do good in science.
 

10 instant happiness

hello ladies and gentlemen today I will be talking about my 10 instant happiness.
My 10 instant

Happiness is playing video game, I love to play Dying Light or Dying Light: The Following.

I also get happy when I am with my Family because they make me laugh.

I also get excited when I am with my friends because they also make me laugh.

I get happy when I watch you tuber's, like funny videos or gamers.

I also get excited when I play my guitar 🎸.

I also get excited when I play my ukulele.

I get excited when I eat my food.

I also get excited when I get money.

I get excited when I have vacation, weekend or breaks.

I get happy when I get good grades.

This is my ten instant happiness.

My role model

The person that I  admire or someone that is my role model is my older brother, Greg. The reason why my older brother is my model is because he is the oldest brother. The oldest brother is usually the role model or the one that takes the lead. The oldest one is always the one that sets the tone.

The second reason is that he is the one that made me to who I am today. when he first joined cross country in 7th grade, he was gifted with it and already became the state champion. Then when track and field started I told my brother should I join track and field, then we joined, and my dad and my brother would  push to do better. If I didn't admire my Greg(my older brother), I probably would not joined, I would not have memories of me driving myself through the pain, I would not have people watch me for the 400m or the 4x4. This year in 2016 he helped me with football because it was my first year joining and made me stronger.

Hello my name is Joshua Torres and I will like to comment about a awesome guitar player/you tuber name velo city. Why I am commenting about velo city is because he gets looked over for what he does for other people, also he was the person that helped me with the guitar for a curtain song. When searched how to play Fairy Tail Main Theme Tutorial, velo city popped up from my search and it was the only video tutorial. When I pressed on the videos, the first thing that popped out for me was when he is taking Cambridge for school which is pretty cool because I have been through Cambridge and it is a lot of work to do, while he is making a tutorial he also was doing Cambridge at the time. He is patient at when he teaches, so he is descriptive which makes learning easier for the students to learn. that is why he is my favorite you tuber guitar player because he helps the students.

Females Are Independent

Girls are independent because they can do their own work. I have one teachers that I know who can fix a car and the other that has has work. The first teacher can fix cars she can change oil. she can change the tires of a vehicle. she can change the brakes, put in brake fluids, repair brake pressure in a vehicle. Transfer electricity from a car to another car. Another reason females are independent is because they can work.Then the reason why it is important for a girl to be independent because so she can to pay her own bills. Then another reason it is important is because its shows us male that females can do same things. This is why females are independent.

The 1950-60 horror movies is more different than the present horror movies in now a days. First off it is in black and white. the present horror movies is actual color. The horror in the past is a different type of horror than the horror we have now. The present fear is more natural than the past horror movies, when in the past it is the fear of world war two or communism. The suspenseful music is different in the past, in the past it's is more screeching. The present suspenseful music is more pazzaz.
